plastic outfits

Food for thought: I think it is so interesting how we all walk around in our self-expressing little outfits...trying to express how much cooler we are than each other. I'm curious though...WHAT IF...all clothes were stripped away, hair dye taken' out, skin changing apparatuses null n' void, plastic - nails, boobs, etc...., removed. Would we 'judge' each other differently? Would we 'love' each other differently? Would we 'relate' and 'accept' each other more freely? What if we stopped 'acting' and took off our 'costumes' and really saw that we are aaaaaallllll the saaaaame...? If the key to enlightenment and union with 'God' or whatever your idea of 'God' is - is to annihilate the ego/self (which we try so hard to preserve) ...would the evolution of our species/consciousness explode into the next paradigm of our existence if we could? ...Maybe :)
